0%Hey!
If you searched what happened to Resilia's ads, read this first. I do not know why Resilia's main Facebook page stopped showing active ads in early October 2026. I do not know the current state of the company or its ads.
Resilia is the supplement store at resilia.shop. This post only reports, with dates and links, what others have published and what the public Meta Ad Library showed. Nothing in it says that Resilia or anyone else did something wrong.
The lessons are general advice, not an explanation of what happened and not legal advice. In a hurry? Jump to the 5 lessons.
Last checked: October 9, 2026.
What happened to Resilia's ads: what the Meta Ad Library showed

Meta's count of active ads on the main Resilia page, September 19 to October 9, 2026
- September 19 to October 5, 2026. Meta's count of active ads on the main Resilia page in the Meta Ad Library went from 1,917 to 4,174.
- October 7, 2026. The same count read 0.
- October 9, 2026. At 12:40 Swiss time the public page, set to show only active ads, said "No ads match your search criteria".
- Also on October 9, 2026. The Resilia store was online, and Google's Ads Transparency Center listed video ads for its domain marked "Last shown: Oct 9, 2026".

The public Meta Ad Library page for Resilia, set to show only active ads, on October 9, 2026 at 12:40 Swiss time
That is all I can verify. The Ad Library page gave no reason, I found no published reason and no statement from the company, and I have not contacted the company. These counts are for one Facebook page, not for every page or platform where the products are advertised.
The counts up to October 7 come from the daily copy of the public Meta Ad Library kept by Starpop, the AI ads tool I build. I call it our archive below.
What the Forward wrote on September 14, 2026
The Forward published an article by Mira Fox that discusses what it calls Resilia's "AI singing ads". It wrote that "more than one of the Resilia ads features Jews hiding health secrets", and also that the ads are not always about Jews. On intent, it wrote:
"It's not clear if the company purposefully inserted Jewish content into some of their ads; the AI customer service bot on the company website denied any relationship to Judaism."
It added that the storyline "may purely be a result of the algorithmic machine resurfacing the antisemitism it consumed in its training data". The article mentions no lawsuit, ban or removal of ads.
That is the Forward's reading, not mine, and I take no position on it. I have no information that links the article, or anything else published about the brand, to the counts above. The stills in this post's banner come from a different Resilia ad, a story about a wedding, not from the ads the Forward describes.
5 lessons for anyone running AI ads: dos, don'ts and risks
These are general advice for any brand, each standing on a fact above or on a rule I quote word for word. They do not explain why the count went to 0, and they are not a verdict on any Resilia ad.
1. The story in your ad is your brand's responsibility
The fact. The Forward wrote that it is "not clear" whether the company chose that storyline, and that an AI model may have produced it. Either way, its article names the brand, not a tool. Meta's Advertising Standards put it this way for every advertiser: "It is your responsibility to understand and comply with our policies."
- Do: name one person who signs off every script before anything is generated.
- Don't: treat "the model wrote it" as an answer.
- The risk: a storyline you did not choose becomes the story about your brand.
2. Screen every script for claims and stereotypes

My five script checks
These are my own checks for any brand's scripts, not a verdict on any Resilia ad.
- Who holds the secret? A person. Never a religion, an ethnicity or a nationality.
- Would you say it without the music? A sung claim is still a claim.
- Who is the villain? Keep real groups of people out of that role too.
- Did you read all of it? The line that hurts you can sit in minute five.
- Does the picture match? A clean lyric can still get a caricature.
The fact. The Forward wrote about a storyline. A person can read a storyline in the script before any ad exists.
- Do: run these five checks on the full script before anything is generated.
- Don't: screen only the hook, or only the ads you expect to win.
- The risk: one bad line is copied into every ad made from that script.
In Starpop's Assist mode, nothing is generated until I click Generate. Reading the script is still my job.
3. Count the live ads on each page and account
The fact. Meta's count for the main Resilia page read 4,174 on October 5, 2026 and 0 on October 7, 2026. From September 15 to October 8, 2026 our archive recorded 4,972 video ads on that page in total, active or not, made from 959 video files. I do not know why the count changed.

From Meta's Business Help Center article Ad limits per Page, as it read on October 9, 2026
The rule, for every advertiser. Meta's article on ad limits says "Running too many ads at once can hurt performance", and it counts every ad running or in review against one limit per Page.
- Do: know how many live ads sit on each page and ad account, and keep that number to what a person can review.
- Don't: put one script into hundreds of ads before a person has read it.
- The risk: a page or an ad account is one switch, and every ad on it can go inactive on the same day, whatever the cause.
4. A health claim is still a claim when it is sung

From Meta's Health and Wellness advertising policy in its Business Help Center, as it read on October 9, 2026
The rule. Supplement ads on Meta fall under its Health and Wellness policy. It says advertisers can't run ads that "Employ clickbait tactics in a health, weight loss or weight gain context, such as sensational language with exaggerated or extreme claims, or promises of specific outcomes within a set timeframe without disclaimers or qualifiers."
The FTC's guidance for health products (December 2022) says: "Before disseminating an ad, advertisers must have adequate substantiation for all objective product claims conveyed, expressly or by implication, to consumers acting reasonably."
- Do: write each claim as plain speech first, and hold the evidence before the ad runs.
- Don't: promise an outcome on a timeline without a qualifier, in the lyrics or in the pictures.
- The risk: a rejected ad on Meta, and outside Meta a claim you have to back up.
5. Keep your own record of what every ad says

The Resilia page in the Meta Ad Library, set to show all ads, on October 9, 2026
The fact. Set to show all ads, active or not, the main page listed 4,325 on October 6, 2026 (our archive) and about 630 on October 9, 2026 (the public page). That is how the Ad Library works for every advertiser: Meta's help page says "For all ads, you can search for ads that are currently active on the Meta Products." The Ad Library is not your archive.
- Do: for every ad that runs, keep the final script or lyrics, the final file, the ad id, the page and the dates.
- Don't: count on the Ad Library to hold your record.
- The risk: the day you need to show what an ad said, the public copy may be gone.
FAQ
What happened to Resilia?
About the company, I do not know. What I can report: Meta's count of active ads on the main Resilia page read 4,174 on October 5, 2026 and 0 on October 7, 2026 (our archive of the public Meta Ad Library), and on October 9, 2026 its store was online.
Is there a Resilia lawsuit or class action?
I found none. On October 9, 2026 I searched the federal dockets on CourtListener and classaction.org and found no case naming the brand. I did not search state courts, so this is a search, not proof that none exists.
Did the FTC or the FDA take action against Resilia?
I found no sign of it on October 9, 2026: the FDA's warning letter search had no record for the brand, and a web search found no FTC case or press release naming it. I could not open the FTC's own case search, so treat this as a search, not a clearance.
Were Resilia's ads banned?
I do not know. On October 9, 2026 I found no published source that says so, and the Ad Library page gave no reason.
Are Resilia's ads made with AI?
I do not know how the company makes them. The Forward calls them "AI singing ads". What the format is, and how to make one with AI, is in my post on Resilia ads.
Where can I see Resilia's ads in the Meta Ad Library?
Open the Resilia page in the Meta Ad Library and set it to show all ads. On October 9, 2026 that showed about 630 results.

Next Steps
Three things to do this week: read your five longest scripts in full, count the live ads on each of your pages, and save the script, the file and the ad id of everything that is running.
To make the format itself, here is how to make Disney/Pixar style AI ads, and the platform's side is in are AI-generated ads allowed on Meta.
The style block, the character rules and the prompt shapes behind my own ad, in one skill file your agent can follow. Get the free Disney/Pixar skill for Claude.
I will update this post when something new is on record. If you are from Resilia, or if something here is wrong or out of date, tell me in the Starpop Discord and I will correct it.
