Eleven v4 Now Available on Starpop

Eleven v4 and Eleven v4 Turbo are now available in Starpop. Give an ad read more energy, make a product explanation feel conversational, or bring a warmer tone to your narration.

Both engines support delivery instructions and inline audio tags. Choose Eleven v4 for the highest-quality option, or Eleven v4 Turbo for a faster option that uses half the credits for the same script and number of outputs.

Direct how your voiceover feels

The words are only part of a voiceover. A short opening hook might need excitement; the line that follows might work better with a calmer, reassuring delivery.

Use Whole-script delivery to set the overall tone, such as “Warm, conversational.” Add inline tags to direct individual moments:

[excited] Meet your next favorite product.
[warm] Made for the moments that matter.

Start with a few clear cues and listen to the result. For an ad, compare an energetic opening with a relaxed read of the same copy. For a product explainer, try a friendly delivery that gives the details room to land. For narration, use a consistent tone and reserve changes in emotion for the lines that need them.

Hear an ElevenLabs example

ElevenLabs’ launch demo uses an excited, happy delivery for a short menu announcement. Listen to the rhythm and emphasis as well as the words.

Big news, everyone. Our summer menu drops this Friday. And yes, the mango sticky rice is finally back.

Choose Eleven v4 or Eleven v4 Turbo

Use v4 when you want to prioritize the voice performance. Turbo gives you a faster, lower-cost option for trying alternate hooks, comparing deliveries, and generating more versions of a script.

For one output, a 640-character script costs 1 credit with v4 or 0.5 credits with Turbo. At 1,001 characters, that becomes 2 credits or 1 credit. Each additional output is charged separately.

Delivery instructions and inline tags count toward the character total and the limit. Check the displayed estimate before generating. These are Starpop’s rates, independent of ElevenLabs’ temporary launch promotion.

Create your first v4 voiceover

  1. Open Speech in Starpop and write your script.
  2. Click Pick a voice, choose ElevenLabs, and preview a voice before selecting it.
  3. Expand the voice settings and choose Eleven v4 or Eleven v4 Turbo under Engine.
  4. Set Whole-script delivery and add any inline audio tags. Stability and Similarity are available in the same settings panel.
  5. Review the character count and credit estimate, then generate your audio.

Fresh ElevenLabs speech settings start with v4. If you already saved a v3 or Multilingual v2 setup, Starpop keeps that choice until you change it.

Voice previews help you audition the speaker. They usually play an existing ElevenLabs recording, so they may not reflect your selected engine or delivery settings. Generate a short script to hear your specific combination.

Or start in chat

Ask Starpop to draft a voiceover and specify Turbo when you want it:

Create a warm, conversational voiceover for this product using Eleven v4 Turbo. Make the opening excited, then settle into a friendly read.

Review the script, voice, engine, and settings in the editable draft before generating. Once you have a take you like, use Use voice or Reuse inputs on the generation to carry its engine and settings into the next version.
