0%MiniMax H3 Max Turbo is now available in Starpop. Create a video from a prompt, animate a first frame, or guide a clip with both opening and closing frames.
For these text and frame workflows, Turbo uses half the credits per second of H3 Max at the same resolution. That gives you more room to explore a product reveal, a camera movement, or a new visual direction before choosing the version to finish.
Turn an idea or a frame into a short video
H3 Max Turbo supports 5–15-second clips at 480p, 768p, or 1080p. Start from text when you want to explore a scene, or add frames when you already have a composition in mind.
A first frame gives the model a visual starting point. Adding a last frame gives it an intended destination. Prepare frames with compatible subjects, proportions, and lighting, then describe the movement between them.

For example, start with a product image and try:
Slowly push toward the coffee bag as soft morning light crosses the table. A thin trail of steam rises from the cup beside it. Keep the packaging, printed label, and camera height consistent. One continuous shot.
For a second version, change only the camera instruction. Comparing a push-in with a gentle orbit makes it easier to judge the motion without also changing the whole scene.
How to use H3 Max Turbo
- Open Create video and choose MiniMax H3 Max Turbo.
- Write your prompt: the subject, action, camera movement, and lighting.
- Optionally add a first frame and a last frame. When you use frames, the source image determines the aspect ratio.
- Choose a duration from 5 to 15 seconds and a resolution: 480p, 768p, or 1080p. For text-only generation, also choose an aspect ratio.
- Review the credit estimate and generate.
The 1080p option uses refinement from a native 768p source. Start at a lower resolution when you are checking composition and motion, then decide whether the chosen direction needs a higher-resolution generation.
What does it cost?
These are Starpop’s configured rates for one text- or frame-guided output:
| Resolution | Turbo credits per second | Turbo: 10 seconds | H3 Max: 10 seconds |
|---|---|---|---|
| 480p | 0.25 | 2.5 credits | 5 credits |
| 768p | 0.4 | 4 credits | 8 credits |
| 1080p | 0.8 | 8 credits | 16 credits |
Longer clips and additional variants use more credits. Review the estimate before generating. This comparison uses Starpop credit rates, not a provider’s temporary launch discount.
When to keep using H3 Max
Choose Turbo for text and start/end-frame generation. Keep H3 Max when you need its mixed-reference workflow with images, video, or an uploaded audio track.
Turbo does not accept uploaded audio or video references in Starpop. If you are making a singing ad that must follow an existing song slice, use a model that supports that audio-reference workflow.
