# AI claymation ads

Build the selling idea as a coherent physical clay world. Do not apply a clay texture to isolated objects while leaving the environment photorealistic.

## Workflow

1. Resolve the product, customer, angle, proof, CTA, runtime, and audio format.
2. Choose the clay narrative: talking character, narrated transformation, mechanism demonstration, escalation, or product journey.
3. Lock the clay world before storyboarding: material, fingerprints, seams, palette, miniature scale, set construction, lighting, and motion cadence.
4. Create one clean reference for every recurring character and the product. Preserve proportions and label geometry.
5. Storyboard one visible idea per beat. Make the action directly demonstrate the spoken line.
6. Generate a start frame per beat using the same material and set rules verbatim.
7. Animate with slightly stepped poses, restrained camera movement, and believable contact with the miniature set.
8. Review for material continuity, product accuracy, character drift, and motion that has become too smooth.

## Clay style lock

Repeat this block in every visual prompt:

```text
Handmade stop-motion clay animation built from matte plasticine. Visible fingerprints,
hand-tooled seams, softly irregular edges, miniature clay props, and believable contact
shadows. Every visible object belongs to the same physical clay world. Deliberately stepped
12-fps-style motion with held poses and no glossy CGI surfaces.
```

## Prompt structure

1. Declare `Handmade stop-motion clay product advertisement.`
2. Assign each reference: product, character, or set.
3. Restate the clay style lock.
4. Describe one beat: setting, action, framing, lighting, and camera movement.
5. State the voiceover or dialogue line and its timing.
6. End with `Preserve the product. No captions. No photoreal materials. No smooth CGI motion.`

## Failure fixes

- Flat or digital-looking result: add visible fingerprints, edge dents, seams, and cast shadows.
- Clay character on a real set: rebuild the background and props from the same material family.
- Character drift: return to the approved clean character reference for every beat.
- Over-smooth movement: request held poses, stepped cadence, shorter gestures, and no motion blur.
- Weak ad: fix the customer angle and storyboard; the clay treatment cannot replace the selling idea.
